At the beginning of the meeting, lawyer Yang Zaiming, director of Zaiming office, will give a work report. The eight leading lawyers in the Ming Institute also launched an informal debate on the specific case of "whether self built houses in the 1990s were illegal construction", analyzed the legal and social problems involved in the case from the professional, theoretical and practical levels, and put forward solutions to the problems. Wang Zheng, vice president of Dongcheng District Lawyers Association, attended the afternoon meeting and made a brief speech. He said that Ming is an outstanding law firm with characteristics and influence in the whole Dongcheng District and even the whole city.
