On April 9th, the 5th anniversary of Beijing Zaiming law firm and the 1st anniversary of "Leifeng law firm" were grandly held in Beijing. With the theme of "the light of law in people`s hearts", the conference ran through the main line of "legal people learn from Lei Feng to do public welfare", and launched the launching ceremony of "Zai Ming public welfare relief fund project".

On April 15th, Yang Zaiming was specially invited by the "singularity lecture" as the chief lecturer of the national legal knowledge tour.

On June 10th, the video column of "speaking in Ming Dynasty" of Beijing Zaiming law firm was started, with "talking about house, land and demolition" as the main content of the video.

On December 23th, the 2017 annual meeting of Beijing Zaiming law firm and the Symposium on "improving service quality and promoting fine management" were successfully held in Sanya City, Hainan Province. The meeting made it clear that in his future work, lawyer Zai Ming will adhere to the practice concept of "safeguarding the rights of the relocated people only", unswervingly act as an agent for the ordinary people, serve the vulnerable groups, further implement the land acquisition and demolition rights protection cases, and realize the long-term and stable development of the law firm.
